The neck on this bass is made of roasted maple, with carbon-fibre reinforcement rods. This makes for an incredible strong and durable neck that will stand up to life-on-the-road and humidity changes fantastically well. The side dot markers are glow-in-the-dark, allowing you to navigate the fingerboard even on dark stages. The neck is slim and has a modern feel, combined with narrow extra jumbo frets; this results in a great playing experience. The body of the bass is made from swamp ash, which is paired with a visually stunning zebrawood top. Combined with the Faded Vintage Sunburst finish, it really looks beautiful. The great sound of the pickups is supplied courtesy of a pair of EMG Metal Works. These work in conjunction with the master volume, blend and 2-band active EQ to produce a wide-range of sounds from classic J-Bass to excellent metal tones.
